Rental Policies


All of our apartments are located in Portland, Maine.  Our buildings are non-smoking and cat friendly.  We require landlord references and a security deposit.  Prospective tenants must show a photo ID that matches the application before signing a lease.  Initial leases may range from 6 - 12 months.

Our office is open to current tenants only.  We can still be reached by phone during normal office hours for apartment inquiries.

Emergency maintenance can be paged after hours by calling our office number.

    We may close the office during normal business hours due to inclement weather.
